ONE SOURCE, ONEHEART, ONEDREAM ASSOCIATION, INC. is organized by its founder, Raul J. Barbasa, a.k.a. Sultan Sugo/DatuTuboran/Apo Leopoldo de Alexandria on November 5, 2018 and was registered as a national workers association among the Manobo tribe and various indigenous tribes operating in more than one region and outside of the Philippine archipelago under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) per Registration Number 11931 (MAP) LC, subscribing to one common philosophy- “The pursuit of development is meaningful only if it aims to uplift a member’s quality of life and provides him a viable wholistic means to forge his future.”
We are an active proponent of Federalism espoused by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and accredited by the the DILG as one of its core civic society associations. We are currently promoting the Signature Campaign in cooperation with the CORE MOVEMENT of DILG.
